Bobby Glenn Morrow, a devoted family man and proud retired U.S. AirForce veteran, passed away peacefully at his residence on April 13, 2026. Born in McDowell County on April 15, 1934, he lived a life marked bydedication to his family, his country, and his community.
Bobby was the owner and operator of Bobs Imports, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to hard work. Beyond his professional endeavors, he delighted in restoring older cars, a passion that brought him both joy and a chance to share his expertise and enthusiasm with others. His faith was an enduring cornerstone of his life, reflected in his active membership at Mt. Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Marion, North Carolina.
Known as a loving husband, father, and grandfather, Bobby’s warm and generous nature was the foundation of numerous cherished relationships. He is survived by his wife, Betty Morrow; his son, Keith Morrow, and wife Patricia, and Betty’s son Mark and wife Dee; his grandchildren, Leigh Mathis and husband Wayne, Michelle Federici and husband Jesse, Kimberly Morrow and Clay Cook. Bobby’s legacy of love extends through his great-grandchildren William, Casey, Victoria, Bianca, and Tobias, as well as his great-great-grandchildren, Serenity, Destiny, Christian, Grayson and, Zamora who all held a special place in his heart.
Bobby was preceded in death by his first wife, Arzelia Wilson Morrow, and his daughter, Babi Gail Morrow, whose memories remain deeply treasured by the family.
The community will have an opportunity to honor Bobby’s life and legacy during his visitation on April 25, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am followed immediately by his funeral service at 11:00 am. Both events will be held at Mt. Calvary Free Will Baptist Church, located at 523 Veterans Drive, Marion, NC 28752.
Interment with military honors will follow at the Fairview Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Bobby Glenn Morrow’s life was a testament to steadfast dedication, love, and service. His memory will continue to inspire all who knew him, and his presence will be profoundly missed.
