Anna Louise McClellan Maney

Anna Louise McClellan Maney, 80, of Nebo, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center.

A native of Avery County, she was born April 11, 1943 to the late Obie McClellan and Ethyl Tolley McClellan. She worked for 15 years at Broughton Hospital as a housekeeper. Anna enjoyed going to church and singing during services. She attended Faith Tabernacle. She had a heart for dogs and had been a proud owner of many over the years.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Louie Orville Maney; sisters, Ruby, Rebecca, Pansy, and Terry; brothers, Jim, Phil, Toney, Michael and Jack and step-sister, Rose.

Preceded Anna in death including her parents are her sisters, Leona, Barbara and Donna along with her step-brother John.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Pastor Seth Avery officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. Burial will follow the service at Rocky Pass Memorial Park.
