Amanda Hernandez Alvarado, 57, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023 at UNC Health Blue Ridge.
She was born in Mexico on February 6, 1966.
She enjoyed painting and making desserts. She worked for many years as a seamstress and loved sewing and making dresses. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 03, 2023, at the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
