Adam Bryce Maynor, 27, of Marion, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
Above all the titles he held, being a father to his four-year-old son, Ayden, was Adam's greatest joy and proudest achievement. His love for Ayden was boundless and fierce-whether they were dreaming up superhero adventures, exploring outside, or simply laughing together. Alongside Ayden, the true anchor of his heart was his longtime love, Vyctoria. Together, they shared a deep bond, navigating life's journey with devotion shared dreams, and an enduring connection.
Adam lived for new experiences and found his greatest peace in nature. He felt equally at home listening to the rolling waves at the beach as he did standing among the quiet beauty of the mountains. A passionate fan of the Marvel universe, he loved epic stories of heroes finding extraordinary strength within themselves.
While Adam fought a long and courageous battle against the disease of addiction, that struggle never eclipsed the depth of his character, his warmth, or the immense light he brought to those who loved him. He met his challenges with real resilience and a deep desire to give his very best to his family.
Adam is survived by the loves of his life; his precious four-year-old son, Ayden, and his longtime partner, Vyctoria; his loving parents, mother, Tabetha Edwards and father, Darrin Maynor and devoted brothers, Isaac Robinette and Micah Robinette, as well as a cherished circle of extended family and lifelong friends who will forever carry his memory.
A gathering to celebrate Adam's life and honor his journey will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 3:00 pm in the chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Rev. Vincent White officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to (a fund established for Ayden's future/a local recovery and support organization).
Adam will always be remembered not for the battle he fought, but for the open-hearted love he gave, the wild beauty he chased, and the hero he was to those who knew him best.
