Anna Jean Witcher Michael

Anna Jean Witcher Michael, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at her residence in Boone, North Carolina. The daughter of the late Everett and Nina Jones Witcher, she was born in Guilford County, North Carolina on October 24, 1933.
She was preceded in death by, in addition to her parents, her husband, Edgar Michael, Jr. (2019); and one sister, Elizabeth Ross.
An avid gardener, Jean enjoyed playing the piano. She loved the Lord and was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. Anna was a member of First Baptist Church of Jamestown in Jamestown, North Carolina.
Anna is survived by two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Michael and Anna Catherine Soles; and two grandchildren, David Jester and Cody Jester.
